Cherry pie

Ingredients
500 g flour
250 g of powdered sugar
125 g butter
3 eggs
100 ml milk
150 g of chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds)
500 g pitted cherries
150 g breadcrumbs
vanilla , cinnamon
Method
The butter was cut into pieces and mixed with the sieved and mixed with the baking flour powder was added and the whole was ground to a crumb. Add two eggs and crushed lemon peel. Involved dough while mixing add the milk in portions. 1/3 of the dough is separated, and the rest is spread into a greased baking dish with butter, sprinkle breadcrumbs are mixed with nuts on top lining cherries, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla. Of the remaining dough made fuses are placed on the fruit so as to form rhomboids. Cake smeared with egg yolk and bake in a moderate oven.
