Cherry pudding

Ingredients
3 eggs
3 egg whites
200 g of powdered sugar
100 g butter
500 g cherry jam
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 g breadcrumbs
300 g pineapple juice
200 g grated coconut
Method
The butter, sugar and egg yolks are broken foam. Add half of the cherry jam, lemon juice and mixed with froth yolks. Stirring continuously, add pineapple juice, coconut flour and breadcrumbs. Egg white is mixed with a little sugar on hard snow and carefully added to the total mixture. Everything is poured into an oiled form pudding and bake in a preheated moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
