Chess sweet

Ingredients
125 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
3 yolks
1 vanilla
200 g flour
60 g ground walnuts
2 tbsp cocoa

Method
Soft butter mix of fluffy cream together with sugar and vanilla. One by one, add the egg yolks. The mixture was divided into two portions. One to add cocoa, pre-sifted and ground walnuts. The flour also was sieved and added to the two mixtures, such as cocoa to put less, since the walnuts and cocoa is made thicker than the other mixture. The dough is kneaded until no sticky. Wrap up in foil and leave for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Roll are two tests to 8 mm thick. Cut into strips. On foil rank white to brown tape by sticking with beaten egg. Smeared with egg and top and ranks second layer strips staggered the first, again stick with the egg. By the above procedure, and ranks third layer. The resulting cake is screwed in fthe oil and leave for 1 hour in refrigerator. Then cut into pieces of 6 mm thick and the resulting cookies are baked in a tray covered with paper and bake in a 170 C oven.
