With half a glass of water more stew than to boil, and then fry until redness appetizing. Arosa (Italian - arrosto) means a crispy crust (fried, baked). If you use less fat, can after removing the meat from browning of the coating adheres to make a sauce by putting a little broth or water and thickened with starch.

The sauce which I still use it as cooked spaghetti and pour the sauce on top parmedzhano and one leg, very fragrant is this is our favorite dish. Chicken stew with us for a short time and is dostatychno water, but can be increased but I prefer more wine.

Aliana, thank you for the picture, I'm quite new in the site. Jump am delighted recipes and knowledge that you have. The picture is very accurate.

Chicken and Rosemary is a great combination. In the pan with the remaining coating Fry some onion, a bay leaf and add the tomato juice when thickened flavor enhancers with a little rosemary and if my sour - a little brown sugar.
