Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
100 g butter
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
3-4 red tomatoes
2-3 red peppers
2-3 chili peppers
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Chicken is cleaned and washed, stews until soft in a little butter and water, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in remaining butter. The peppers are roasted, peeled, cleaning of seed and cut into small pieces. Tomatoes are finely chopped. Chop onion and Grind. To the meat were added onions, peppers and tomatoes are fried lightly and pour the sauce from joints of meat. Then the dish is left to simmer on low heat until ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.

It is very tasty. It reminds me of grandma dishes. Mashed potatoes is very suitable for furniture.
