Chicken cigar

Ingredients
1 kg chicken
200 g flour
200 g breadcrumbs
5 eggs
60 g universal spice mixture or spices of your choice
# For the sauce:
200 g mayonnaise
200 g yogurt
2 -3 cloves garlic
2-3 branches of basil
pinch of salt

Method
Chicken fillet lengthwise cut strips. Sprinkle with universal spice, rolled in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and each strip is formed between hands as cigar. Fry in hot sunflower oil until golden. The sauce is prepared as garlic, basil and some of the milk Strain. Add mayonnaise, salt and remaining milk. Stir until evenly mixed. Cigar pour the sauce and serve with a slice of lemon.
