Chicken cutlets Orly

Ingredients
1 chicken about 1 kg
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 small onions
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
nutmeg
grated lemon peel
lemon juice
1 egg
2-3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
a few drops of brandy or rum
cheese optional
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 slices white bread without crust
90 g butter
1/2 cup red wine
Method
The meat is cleaned of skin and bones and form 4 boilers that are crushed gently and leave for several hours in a marinade of chopped onion, half sunflower oil, a few grains of black pepper, lemon juice, lemon peel, a pinch of grated nutmeg, parsley, cognac and salt. Prepare pancake dough from the egg, milk, flour and a pinch of salt, which are immersed marinated chops. Fry in hot fat from the butter and the rest of the oil until golden color. In the same oil fry sofas slightly moistened with broth bread slices. On the couch is placed in a chop and sprinkle with parsley fried in fat and optional with grated cheese. In the fat from frying marinade and add the red wine and prepare spicy wine sauce that is served separately in sauce-boat.
