Chicken egg

Ingredients
1 chicken about 1 kg
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 small onion
200 g fresh mushrooms, cut into strips
1/2 cup peas
2 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of sugar
salt
4 eggs
3 tbsp wine (sherry)
Method
Chicken is cleared and boned. Skin and bones boiled broth. Raw chicken cut into narrow strips and fry in hot sunflower oil until golden, add the chopped onion, mushrooms and peas, soy sauce, sugar and salt and stew until soft. Then add the wine. The broth was cooled, the eggs are broken foam, add the broth and other products and divided into 4 portions in separate refractory bowls. Bowls bake in a water bath in the oven to thicken egg mass.
