Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
50 g chips
50 g breadcrumbs
50 g flour
2 eggs
salt, pepper
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Fillets are crushed thinly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Breadcrumbs mixed with in small pieces the broken chips. Fillets are rolled in flour, dip in beaten eggs and rolled into flakes panada. Fry over medium heat until golden.

My mother did the same, only that bites. Depending on what type of flavoring benefit chips to a lot of different options. We most like them with Pringles Cheese & Onion.
