Chicken hunting sausage

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3-4 field mushrooms
2 heads (100 g) onion
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
150 g sausage
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken cut into pieces and stew in fat until browned, then subtract. In the same fat, sauté the finely chopped onions, and then - mushrooms, cut into julienne. Add red pepper, 1 cup hot water, wine, tomato paste mixed into cold water, and pepper. The sauce add salt to taste and boil about 20 minutes, then a chicken. When soften meat, sausage was added, cut into small rings. After a few minutes the dish is removed from the fire.
