Ingredients
800 g chicken fillet
200 g mushrooms
tomato 1
6 square pieces of cheese (individually wrapped)
3 tbsp tomato paste
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tbsp butter

Method
Fillets form of steaks. Breaded in flour and beaten eggs, then fried. Arrange in a baking dish. Fried mushrooms are cow's butter, and removed in the same fat fry sliced tomatoes. On ordered steaks rank first mushrooms, then tomato and cheese on top. Tomato paste is diluted with 200 ml water and it is poured over the steaks. Bake in a moderate oven.
