Chicken Karahi

Ingredients
750 g chicken
5 green onions
5 tomatoes
5 chili
2 tsp ginger - chopped (you can and fresh powder or paste)
4 heads of garlic
fresh leaves Coriander
salt, 1/4 tsp red pepper, a pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
Method
Tomatoes and hot peppers finely. In hot sunflower oil add garlic, ginger, paprika and turmeric. Fry for a few minutes. Add the chicken and fry until almost done. Allow the water to boil off, to stay fat, then add Luka, listata coriander, hot peppers and tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Serve with rice or fresh baked parata, chapati or naan.

Nan, chapatti, steam and turmeric are completely unknown to me. Could you explain what that is?

Desi recipe for naan bread (Naan) is here. Chapa said even Roti, there are video recipe. Paraty is only bread flour, salt and Gee (oil). Will put the recipe. Turmeric is turmeric. As far as I know, if I'm wrong, Danny corrected me.

Aliana e absolutely right. Chapatti and naan breads are. Steam is more like salty pancake. Incidentally steam with sweet mango is a favorite snack in Pakistan.
