Chicken livers Hunter

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
150 g mushrooms
100 g salo (bacon)
3-4 peppers
2 heads kormid onions
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp savory
1 tsp parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Onions and salo are cut into small pieces. Salo put in a pan and leave on low heat to melt and release fat, taking care not to burn. In the melted fat is put onions, fry gently and pour wine. Once the liquid boil off half, add roasted peppers, tomato paste and mushrooms. The dish is seasoned with spices, top rank chicken livers and boil on low heat 15-20 minutes without stirring.
