Chicken - onion stew

Ingredients
6 servings Chicken
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 kg onion onions
onions 2
3 tbsp sunflower oil
65 g butter
salt
1 tsp paprika
pinch of pepper
2 heads of garlic
2 bay leaves
1/2 bunch parsley
2-3 tbsp toasted flour
Method
Stews the meat with the oil, then put the chopped onion and salt, add the red pepper and tomatoes and stew. Pour 2-3 cups hot water, put it bay leaf and pepper and boil until tender meat. Shallots are boiled and then stew in the butter. Put it to the meat with the garlic and flour dish and boil for another 15-20 minutes. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Last night it was our dinner. I used homemade chicken sterilized jar and the meat I was almost cooked. The dish was very quick and tasty.
