Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
1 chicken
2 onions
500 g peppers (red and green)
500 g tomatoes
3-4 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
1-2 tbsp flour
4-5 tbsp sour cream
paprika
margarine or butter
parsley

Method
Onions fry in the butter until tender, add 2 tbsp paprika and stir. Add chopped chicken portions, sprinkle with salt and pepper stir and pour water to cover the chicken in half and let simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Peppers cut in large pieces tomatoes chopped - it is advisable to clean the husks and seeds. Add to the chicken and leave for 20 minutes on low heat. When done sprinkle with parsley.

I loved the taste. Missed cream, but the description is not told when put. And yet - made the recipe with pork tenderloin, cut into small bites.

Very tasty, try and beef, but first you need to boil the meat is tender because it is tough, and then water is used instead of the broth from the meat.
