Chicken parzhenki cheese

Ingredients
1 chicken
2 eggs
salt
pepper
200 g cheese
sunflower oil for frying
Method
The chicken is boiled, boned and cut into in small pieces. The meat is mixed with eggs, spices and grated cheese. Optional can be added and parsley. Whichever is less with a spoon and pour into well preheated oil. Fry until golden brown. Serve with fries or salad.
