Chicken ragout

Ingredients
1 large chicken
400 ml chicken broth
root soup (parsnips, thyme, parsley)
250 g butter
1 lemon
1 cup white wine
1 tbsp flour
2 bay leaves
4-5 grains allspice
pepper
salt
pepper
Method
Chicken is cleared, washed well and cut into portions. 200 g butter is heated and there is fried chicken pieces. Add root soup, bay leaves, peppercorns and allspice. Stir and sprinkle with flour and paprika. Pour in broth and simmer over low heat until soft meat. At the end of cooking, pour the wine, add salt. Remove chicken pieces and strain the sauce. Serve the meat with the sauce overflows added a lump of butter and lemon juice. Garnish with mashed potatoes.
