Chicken soup

Ingredients
1 chicken with giblets
50 g rice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
1 lemon
salt
Method
Chicken with giblets place in saucepan with cold salted water and boil until ready. Boned and cut into pieces, giblets same cut into small pieces. soup to add the cleaned, washed and drained rice. Boiling continued until soft rice. Finally, add the meat, giblets, chopped parsley and milled pepper. Soup thicken with beaten eggs with lemon juice.
