Chicken Spanish

Ingredients
1 chicken
3 onions
2 heads of garlic
1 large tomato
100 g feta cheese
1 dry red pepper
slice grated celery
sunflower oil
flour
savory
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken cut into pieces that scatter pepper, savory and salt and rolled in flour. Put them in a saucepan with 2 tbsp heated sunflower oil and fry on all sides. Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, celery, parsley and red pepper. Pour 1 cup hot water and dish boil 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Ten minutes before you depart from the fire, add chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and black pepper. Serve hot.

Good recipe ... but in Spain and will not be used savory! Little Bulgarise!
