Chicken Steady

Ingredients
4 chicken fillet steaks
1 apple
2-3 tbsp sugar
salt
ginger powder
200 g chopped walnuts
sunflower oil

Method
Each steak is sectioned so that forming a pocket. Seasoned with salt and ginger. Apple cut the first of two parts, peeled, seeds are removed and cut into slices with a thickness of 3-4 mm. Of sugar is cooked caramel. It put apples and caramelized on both sides for a few seconds (stand firm). Remove and leave to cool. In each chicken pocket is placed in 1-2 pieces of apple. Oval in the walnuts and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Bake in preheated 220 C oven until ready.
