Chicken with tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
100 g sausage
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
7-8 (400 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (10 g) sugar
3-4 cloves garlic
parsley
salt
Method
Chicken Fry the whole in fat, remove and add salt. In the same fat stew chopped onion, then add successively sausage, cut into pieces, garlic, finely chopped, tomatoes, cut into chunks, sugar and salt. The mixture is allowed to simmer on low heat until water evaporates, then add the chicken. Dish boil for another 15-20 minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove from fire.
