Ingredients
600 g chicken
200 g onions
300 g mushrooms
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
250 ml wine
1/2 cup flour
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is formed into steaks. Flour seasoned with thyme, basil and pepper. Oval steaks in flour and fry in fat. Remove saucepan or in glass ring casseroles. In the same fat fry onions peeled and coarsely chopped mushrooms. When the tender is put on the chicken, add salt, pour the wine and bake for 30 minutes in the oven with the lid on.
