Chicken Vaterzoa
Ingredients
1 chicken
2 onions
3 sticks celery
3 leeks
1 carrot
2 cup (400 ml) white wine
1 lemon
2 cloves
pepper
parsley
2-3 sprigs thyme
2-3 sprigs of parsley
2-3 bay leaf
salt
Method
Cleaned chicken rub with lemon juice and place in a small bowl. Add chopped celery, chopped leek rings and carrot, bay with water so that the chicken is fully submerged and vazvaryava. Add link herbs, onions, which are pinned cloves, wine, pepper, salt and boil until soft. Chicken out and remove the link herbs. Chicken cut into portions, pour broth and serve.
