Chicken yagorida

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
250 g yagorida (unripened grapes)
4 tbsp (40 g) butter
1 tbsp (20 g) sugar
Salt
Method
Fry flour in the butter until golden color, then dilute the sauce, as pour 1 cup water and the juice of boiled yagorida. Sauce add salt, seasoned with sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Add salted chicken and boil until ready. Serve with the sauce overflows.
