Chicory salad

Ingredients
500 g brittle leaves of chicory
1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1 egg
paprika
green olives
black olives
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tomato
vinegar
pepper
salt
sugar
Method
Washed sheets are cut into halves and immersed in water, acidified with lemon. Finely crushed garlic mixed with paprika, salt, a pinch of sugar and 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil, make smooth mash, add boiled, peeled and chopped tomato. Vinegar mixed with olive oil, add the prepared mixture, chopped green and black olives and pour the drained leaves of chicory. Decorate salad with pieces of boiled egg.
