Chinese cabbage wok

Ingredients
1/2 head Chinese cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp universal vegetable seasoning or spices of your choice and salt
2 pinches of ground cumin
2 pinches of turmeric
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Onion and garlic finely. In wok or deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the vegetables in it for a minute or two. Add the Chinese cabbage, cut into julienne. Cook with stirring. After 5 minutes, add 2 tbsp water, lemon juice and soy sauce. Sprinkle with spices. Strangling continued for 10 minutes. Serve hot as a side dish to meat or fish.
