Ingredients
180 g chocolate
3 tbsp (30 ml) brewed coffee
4 eggs
1 tbsp (10 ml) rum or liqueur "Curacao"
300 g cream
hazelnuts
Method
Place in hot water bath vessel in which is poured coffee, add the chocolate and stir until dissolved, add the egg yolks and rum (or liquor). Egg whites are broken down into hard snow, put the cream and stir until the mixture solidifies. Mix with the chocolate mixture and again stirred. Cream is poured into glasses, decorate with chopped hazelnuts and cool.
