Ingredients
# For the base:
5 egg whites
10 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
# spreads:
chocolate cream of your choice - homemade or packet

Method
Whip with sugar and vinegar snow. Pour into a rectangular pan with greased baking paper. The oven was heated to 200 ° C by putting the tray is reduced to 175 C for 10 minutes, and again reduced to 150 C and baked for 50 minutes. The finished base are cut to length 2 and is coated with the prepared cream. The finished cake is decorated with coconut and pastry balls.
