Chocolate mousse

Ingredients
120 g chocolate
5 eggs
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
1/4 cup (50 ml)
Method
Brandy chocolate is melted in a water bath. Add sugar, 2 tbsp (20 ml) water and stirred until dissolved sugar. Gradually add the egg yolks and stirred in a water bath until the mixture thickens. Add the brandy. Gradually add the beaten egg whites to stiff, chocolate foam cups distributed held 2 hours in refrigerator.

Not bad, but it seems to me that something was not as it should :) As an added yolk then stuck pieces :) But you've forgiven my man :)
