Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
200 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
walnuts
4 tbsp flour
cocoa
Method
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the milk, the sugar, the butter and chocolate. Put it on the stove and stir the mixture until it boils. Three quarters of it was removed away. The rest is left to cool. To this was added the separated yolks the walnuts, flour and finally - beaten egg whites. The mixture is stirred well and pour into greased and floured pan. The baked and cooled base pour the remaining cream and cut into small pastries.
