Chocolate pudding

Ingredients
100 g chocolate
100 g butter
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
100 g almonds
40 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
5 eggs
250 ml cream
fat form
breadcrumbs format
Method
Break the chocolate is placed in a bowl and held without be capped, 1 and 1/2 minutes at 600 Deut. Add the butter, sugar and egg yolks and mix everything foam mixer. Add ground almonds, bread crumbs and flour, and finally beaten egg whites. The mixture was poured into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form, capped and held for 10 minutes at 600 Deut. The finished pudding cool and sweet cream.
