Chocolate truffles - fast

Ingredients
225 g of dark chocolate
175 ml cream with a fat content of 48%
powdered sugar
cocoa powder

Method
Chocolate is crushed or grated and put in a large bowl. The cream is put in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then immediately pour over the chocolate. The mixture was stirred until the chocolate is melted and produce a smooth mixture. Allow coated at room temperature for an hour - hour and a half. Using a teaspoon, small pieces of chocolate and powdered with icing sugar hands form small balls. They rolled in cocoa.
