Chomlek kebab lamb
Ingredients
1 kg lamb
4 bunches of spring onions
100 g butter
3 green chili peppers
1/2 connection mint
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and put together with chopped onions in an earthen vessel. Add the butter, Hot peppers, chopped mint, pepper and salt to taste. Court was capped with a lid, which glosses over dough. Then the dish is baked in a moderate oven until ready.
