Chopped carrots

Ingredients
500 g carrots
250 g cottage cheese
2 onions
4 eggs
2 slices of bread
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
sunflower oil for frying
2 tbsp parsley

Method
The bread is soaked in water (maybe in vegetable broth). Peel the carrots and grate finely grater. In 1 tbsp sunflower oil onion stew. Then add the carrots and fry slightly. When cool add squeezed bread, eggs, the cottage cheese and spices. Kneaded. If a rare added breadcrumbs. Formed into small patties and fry in heated sunflower oil.

Blaga, curd can be replaced with cream cheese or a soft one.
