Chopped leeks and beans

Ingredients
1 kg beans
4 leeks onion
150 g feta cheese
150 g flour
1 bunch parsley
4 eggs
Method
Beans are cooked, drain in a colander and a mixer Grind a homogeneous slurry. Cut the leek into small pieces and boiled in salted water, drain and add to beans porridge. Add chopped parsley, crumbled feta cheese, black pepper and salt. The resulting mixture was stirred with eggs. It formed meatballs, rolled in flour and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil. As a garnish them can be made thick yogurt, seasoned with crushed garlic.
