Chopped spinach

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
150 ml sunflower oil for frying
25 g butter
100 g cheese
50 ml milk
3 eggs
50 g flour
80 g breadcrumbs
250 g yogurt
salt
pepper
Method
Spinach stew for 5-10 minutes, add salt and mix with grated cheese, breadcrumbs and 1/2 of the beaten eggs. The blend formed meatballs which PANIC in a mixture of flour, milk and the rest of the eggs and fried in preheated oil. Fried meatballs pour melted butter and serve immediately with yogurt.
