Ingredients
500 g cornmeal
200 g butter
300 g feta cheese
salt
1 kg sheep yogurt
1.5 liters of water

Method
In a saucepan put water with salt and 100 g butter. After boiling for its pan is removed from the fire and it is added flour, sprinkles handfuls an even layer. With mixer on polenta or flour rolling pin making several holes to boil water evenly and go through them steam. Cooking continues until through these holes begin to boil porridge. Then hominy remove from heat and stir until it becomes thick homogeneous mass. Top Grate the feta cheese. The mixture is stirred well and spread on a tray or flat plates, spread with butter and pour in the fried butter. Serve with yogurt.
