At Christmas balls
Ingredients
500 g pork liver
500 g fat pork
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
2 tbsp (20 g) butter
1 veil (cloth)
10 peppercorns
1 sprig savory
salt
Method
Fraction skaltsva in small pieces and to it add the chopped meat, chopped onions and spices. Add salt mixture, mix well and put the balls in about 200 g in a veil. Thus prepared dish is placed in the pan, greased with the butter, and bake in the oven, as covered with paper, not overcooked.
