Ingredients
200 g flour
140 g butter
100 g sugar
2 eggs
pinch of baking powder
grated lemon peel
chopped walnuts
Method
Kneaded dough (without the walnuts and 1 egg white). Rolled sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm and two cups are cut rings (one larger and a smaller opening is izryava). Smeared with egg whites, sprinkle with walnuts and a little coarse sugar. Bake in a low oven.
