Christmas kozunak PANETONE (Panettone)

Ingredients
300 g flour (type 500)
100 g butter
75 g dried fruit
75 g raisins
75 g sugar
25 ml milk
3 eggs
1/3 packet of yeast
lemon peel

Method
Yeast in 1/3 cup blurs lukewarm water and mixed with half the flour. The dough ball is made. In a large saucepan pour about 2 liters of lukewarm water and put the dough until it surfaced. The other half of the flour was mixed with other ingredients (dried fruit must be diced). After 20 min, mix the two tests and the whole was thoroughly mixed. High cylindrical shape (maybe a box of instant coffee or milk) is smeared with butter and put it in the dough. Put it to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Panetone is coated with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake in a moderate oven (180 C) for 30-40 minutes.

But can the baking to use form cake? I really want to do it, but I have no appropriate form. to do a trial experience before Christmas :)

all that only 75 grams of sugar?!?
