Christmas kozunak PANETONE (Panettone) - II type

Ingredients
500-550 g white flour
20 g yeast
150 ml milk
150 g butter
2 egg yolks +2
100 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange
100 g mixture of dried fruits
100 g dark raisins
# spreads:
50 g butter
50 g of powdered sugar
50 g almonds
Method
Sift the flour twice. Put the salt and do well. The yeast was dissolved in warm milk and where the rise, is poured into the well. Eggs and egg yolks with the sugar crash and also discharged into the well. The butter was melted and cooled slightly. Added to other products in the well. Blended into a soft dough. Spread plenty of sunflower oil and allow to rise - to double its volume. Then kneaded again with grated lemon and orange peel, chopped dried fruits and raisins. Bake 10 min at 200 C and further 20-25 minutes at 180 C. When removed from the oven, light is released from the mold and allowed to cool on a grid. Above is smeared with butter. Sprinkle with chopped flaked almonds and powdered sugar. Store in a box.

This Christmas cake do already 2-3 years and came to the conclusion that prepared in this way became the most successful. If you do not have high baking form, you can use deep tenzhera.

I will certainly try 2 years trying to do panetone and finally lean to the store because it is like gypsum and would strictly abide recipes that try. form that I use is the bottom diameter 20 cm and height of walls 12 cm. I bought it specifically for panetone.
