Christmas parfait - Star

Ingredients
60-70 g butter
4-6 tbsp chopped almonds in large pieces or hazelnuts
150 g biscuits or macaroons
2 tbsp gelatin
400 g sour cream
7 tbsp caster sugar
2 vanilla
2 egg whites
orange, kiwi or other fruit or pasta asterisks
Method
To prepare this parfait is necessary and relevant form - star, but can be prepared in a different form. At the bottom of the mold is placed, and the butter is melted in the oven. In large pieces crushed 2-3 tbsp almonds or hazelnuts, mixed with broken biscuits and place in the butter. The mixture thus obtained is spread thick on the bottom of the mold. Water bath is melted gelatine. Sour cream mix to harden, gradually add 5 tbsp powdered sugar, vanilla and 2-3 tbsp chopped almonds. Egg white mix of hard snow and gradually add 2 tbsp icing sugar. Mix the cream with the egg whites and gelatin with gentle stirring. The mixture was poured onto the biscuit and well smoothed. The form is placed in the refrigerator for about ten hours. Then placed on a hot towel or tray with hot water. After 1-2 minutes, capped with plateau covered with foil, and turns, and immediately after that - again turns on dessert plate, so that the cream is on top. Carefully remove fthe oil. Parfait cover with slices of orange, kiwi or other fruit or decorate with sweet pastry made from stars, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
