Ingredients
10 pickles
100 g ham
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 eggs
2 tbsp yogurt
pepper
salt to taste
Method
Selects larger pickles. Sectioned in half lengthwise and carve. Ham cut into crushed and mixed with yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, diced boiled eggs and spices. With this mixture fill the pickles. Can be served poured with more mayonnaise stirred yogurt.
