Cinnamon cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup +2 Tbsp fresh Mlaka or half milk, half cream
2 tsp liquid vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
# For topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter

Method
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt and egg. Stir with a spoon until all homogeneous mixture, but not over-mix. Oiled baking dish with dimensions 33h22 cm and pour the mixture. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle with the mixture in the pan spreading batter. If you can sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Sprinkle top with melted butter. Bake in preheated 175 C oven about 20-25 minutes. Can be served warm or cold.
