Ingredients
100 g of powdered sugar
70 g butter
1/2 cup milk
on a knife ammonia soda
1 tsp cinnamon
flour for soft dough
2-3 tbsp granulated sugar for sprinkling
Method
The butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon cream, to which were added in less than flour and milk, which was dissolved in soda. Blended into a medium soft dough and roll it into a sheet. The sheet is cut into sticks, which are sprinkled with granulated sugar and bake in a moderate oven.
