Clear chicken soup

Ingredients
350 g chicken
2 onions
2 carrots
1/2 head celery
100 g vermicelli
parsley
2 cubes chicken broth
Clear chicken soup

Method
Onions, carrots and celery chopped cubes. Fry in a little sunflower oil briefly. Add finely chopped meat and 1.5 liters of water. Boil and let simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes. Add bouillon cubes and vermicelli. Boil for 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
