Cocoa Agnes

Ingredients
# For the base:
3 yolks
5 egg whites
125 g butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp cocoa
# For the cream:
2 yolks
125 g butter or margarine
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla

Method
Beat eggs with sugar, by separating the two yolks to the cream. Add to them macerate butter, cocoa, chopped walnuts and flour. Pour the mixture into a greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour baking dish and bake. Once cool the base is coated with cream made from beaten with powdered sugar butter, two egg yolks and 1 vanilla. Finished cake is cut into small diamond pieces and optional sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.

and Spread with cream zhaltakoviya not you bake 60 degrees in the oven?

Do not bake, because then the cream will melt and soak into the marshes. For the same reason, wait to cool down before I bake.

It is sweet and my favorite from childhood, my aunt always did for the New Year, along with an amazing baklava
