And what is whole cocoa - normal cocoa powder?

On the package of cocoa powder has written that he was *fat*, *fat* or *lightly skimmed* (so it should be). As whole is considered slightly skimmed. Cocoa butter rancid quickly skim powder is stored longer. But fat is a medium taste. The more greasy dust is, the more delicious, more weak and more valuable. Cocoa fat is not, it can not be dissolved.

Thanks for the reply :) Again we watched our - nothing special writes. Only the contents can be seen that there are 16 grams of fat per 100. I think will happen - it is very fragrant, of Cadbury :)

Many rightly explained Rally! -For Whole is considered slightly skimmed, or more precisely from 15 to 20% of 100 g.
