Coconut Cake Magic

Ingredients
600 g flour
700 g sugar
2 vanilla
15 g baking powder
4 eggs
400 ml kefir
200 g coconut
200 ml cream
Method
Flour, half the sugar, vanilla and baking powder were stirred. Eggs and buttermilk are broken and added to the flour, stirring so as to obtain a uniform mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased 32h39 cm form (and even better and littered with baking paper), sprinkle the top with the remaining 370 g of sugar and coconut. Bake in a preheated 175 C oven for 3 minutes. The finished cake from the oven and immediately pour in the cream, then leave to cool.

A cream liquid or is it sour? Baking powder is not it very suzi?

Otherwise I liked the recipe :) Something between cake with topping and London bites :)

The cream must be liquid and baking it give orignalna recipe so. I simply translated from German to Bulgarian. With so baking powder becomes fluffy, but if you can put 1bakpulver. Shte initial rising a little.
