Coconut pie

Ingredients
125 g butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup icing sugar
chocolate optional

Method
The butter was stirred with sugar, one by one, the yolks were added, while being stirred, then poured milk. The flour is mixed with the baking powder and coconut flour was added to the mixture. Whip with powdered sugar on hard snow and carefully added to the dough. Pour into well greased with butter in a large tray (dough should have a thickness of about 2 cm). Bake for 30 minutes in a low oven. Once cool, the pie is nasharva strips with melted chocolate, sprinkle with coconut flour and cut into small bites.
